We will provide you with a map including all the stops when you hop on board, and you can also download our free app, available for all smartphones which is the most up to date information about stop locations and the route. Accessibility
No, unless it's a guide dog. Many of the stops where you'll be hopping off don't allow any animals, but will make provisions for a guide dog.
Preferably, it is best to leave them behind. But if you want to bring them, they are allowed on the bus only and with the exception that they need to be folded.
Most buses have an easy access for disabled people and/or passengers with reduced mobility, however access can be more difficult when the bus is crowded. Our boats are accessible to disabled people when they can walk the two steps in and out of the boat.
Our seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis. We do increase our departures during peak season to accommodate increased interest, but unfortunately seating cannot be guaranteed for any specific departure or pick up location.
There will not be another bus/boat at the same departure time. Our buses/boats run frequently, so on busy days, if they are full, you may have to wait for the next one.
