All Personal Data that the End User provides to City Sightseeing Amsterdam, will be used by City Sightseeing Amsterdam in the context of providing (intermediary) services in connection with the execution of the Agreement.

End User will ensure that the Personal Data that it provides is complete, accurate and up to date and that it is legally entitled to make use of this website, meaning that End User will in any event be at least sixteen (16) years old or older at the time End User makes a reservation.
